I teach regular weekly classes online, in-person in Byron Bay at the Bamboo Yoga School, and offer dedicated online courses periodically throughout the year.

I'm now offering a range of class lengths...

short & sweet themed practices & meditations for when time is precious,

and some longer, deeper dives for when you can really drop in.

I'm currently transitioning from our Sunday live sessions, to a high quality pre-recorded 60-75min session that arrives to your inbox on a specified day each week.
