This retreat is an invitation to step away from the usual juggling act of "householder" Yoga,
and into a focused space of authentic practice and deep tending.
Together we'll spend 4 days/3 nights at the stunning BlueGreen Sanctuary
in the Byron Bay Hinterland, being nourished on all levels.
And in that space, we "stoke the fire" of our connection to Self/Spirit/Divine,
deepening our capacity to live awakened lives of presence, love, and service.
With over 100 years of combined experience and dedication to the Yogic path in its various forms, Lucy, Rose and Edo will share asana, pranayama, philosophy/satsang, puja (fire ritual), mantra, and kirtan— all with this same intention.
Your Facilitators
At the heart of this retreat is SUBSTANCE— teachers who have lived, loved, and lost; who have raised and continue to raise children; who navigate illness, aging and uncertainty whilst leaning into the teachings as though our lives depend on it, because they do! The grace (and the grit) of this Path, its capacity to reveal basic peace, freedom, and joy, even when the going gets tough, and our profound gratitude for it, is what we aspire to share with, and nurture within you.

Our Incredible Venue
BlueGreen Sanctuary is a stunning hinterland property in the Byron Shire, less than 10mins drive from both Broken Head beach & the township of Bangalow.
We'll be accommodated across 3 beautiful dwellings— The Villa, The House, and The Loft.
Each room is unique, with Single & Twin-Share options available (Triple too on request). Each dwelling has its own pool, kitchen/lounge, and multiple chill-out spaces so that even if you are sharing a room, you'll have loads of private space beyond your room if desired. Please choose from the room options below...
THE VILLA
V1 - Luxury King Room - Ensuite
Single Room or Couple - 1 x Huge King Bed
Upstairs from the living area is the huge master suite. It consists of a king size bed w/ handmade railway sleepers, walk-in robe and stunning ensuite with beautiful bathtub. A sunlit balcony overlooking the pool, makes this a dreamy room.

A lovely light filled room opening out onto the pool deck, this is a double room with plenty of space for a comfortable twin share, or even a triple share by request. Its close to the main downstairs bathroom.

A spacious light-filled room with a cathedral ceiling and an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for sharing this room has loads of space. It is accessible through an external staircase at the entrance of the Villa.

THE LOFT
L1 - Luxury Twin-Share Room w/ Ensuite
Twin-Share Room - 2 x King Singles
The main bedroom is light filled with a high raked ceiling. Tall bi-folds open out onto expansive views of the property. The ensuite bathroom has a freestanding terrazzo bath from Bali with matching vanity basins, an internal shower and an outdoor courtyard with shower. This room & bathroom is absolutely stunning.

Super cute & very private elevated loft room, with own ensuite. This room has reverse cycle AC. The Loft also has an outdoor free-standing bath about 20m from the dwelling, for a sublime, starlit experience.

THE HOUSE
H1 - Luxe Single Room w/ Ensuite
Single or Double Room - 1 x Huge King Bed
The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized four-poster bed, balcony and soaring ceilings. The ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower and spa bath is slightly outrageous, but a beautiful way to treat yourself - ending each day with a private spa.

Situated on the ground floor with raked ceilings, this is a lovely spacious room with bathroom. This room adjoins a beautiful living area, kitchen, outdoor chillout spaces and pool.

** NB. Villa 3, Villa 4, Loft 2, & House 2 are advertised above as Single Rooms, but can also be configured as Twin-Share (2 x King Singles) if you're coming with a friend and would like to reduce costs. Please inquire. All rooms on a first come, first served basis.
NON RESIDENTIAL
If you live locally, then you are welcome to join us for the full retreat— enjoying all sessions, meals, and full use of BlueGreen facilities, but going home to your own accom each night.
Unfortunately we can't allow drop-ins for individual sessions as we hope to create a safe and steady container for the whole group, for the duration of the retreat.
