A 9-month virtual gathering space for women

The Well is inspired by our need for both personal reflective practices, and collective, expressive spaces in order to feel supported and inspired in life, family, spirituality, and business for the long-haul.

  • We can have the most beautiful intentions, and still struggle to make actual change.

  • We can practice Yoga & meditation in earnest, and still feel quite rudderless or alone. 

  • We can be surrounded by people a lot of the time, and still lack for genuine, like-minded connection (that feeling of being truly seen & understood).

  • We might be torch bearers in our communities or families, with a need to re-kindle sometimes from the spark of a larger flame.

  • We might feel the fatigue of being too many things for too many people, very often coming up short. 

  • We might be navigating a significant transition (peri-menopause/menopause; grief or loss; changes in our kids, work, health, residence, or relationships), and desire to walk the path in good company.

  • Or, quite simply, we know how nourishing these collectives are and how very needed they are in the world.

The Well is a response to these desires and challenges.

  • A place to feel part of something larger.

  • To be supported in taking positive action even when it's uncomfortable. 

  • To be accountable to your own most honest vision for yourself whilst recognising the cultural/structural pressures of modern day life (especially for women).

  • To be seen and held in phases of rest & regeneration as much as in those of creativity & production.

  • To feel clearer and less burdened.

  • To access joy and the spaciousness of presence.

  • To be celebrated for your knowing and supported to follow it. 

And the best bit?

You really don't need to put in much time.

You can if you choose -  you'll have access to a huge resource library of practices, talks and classes.

But you can also reap enormous benefit from the energetic holding of this group container, with very little reading or watching required each month.

Monthly 'Sunday Service'

A Live 90min Integrated Yoga Practice

A deliberate, unhurried practice of asana, pranayama, mantra, & meditation, responding to the needs of the group, and the times, each month.

Soulful, facilitated discussions on our Monthly Theme. In honour of our collective wisdom these will be guided  conversations rather than lessons.​

Embody Devi online course - full access

This original 9-week course will form the framework for our 9 monthly themes, exploring 9 virtues or divine qualities inspired by the wisdom Goddesses Durga, Lakshmi & Saraswati
