Daily Rituals for Happiness
a 30-day online course
Start your day feeling calm, centred, connected, and alive.
Choose happiness, rather than
waiting for the perfect circumstances.
There is an undeniable magic to the early morning hours.
The quiet... the freshness... the empty palette of possibility as we get, quite literally, to start again.
To reinvent who and how we want to be on this brand new day.
Vedic wisdom & Yoga's sister science of Ayurveda agree.
Tired of waking up grumpy & groggy?
Bombarded by the needs of your kids/partner/pets before you've even gotten your head on straight?
Need some perspective?
A lil bit of help to keep meeting your life with optimism & gratitude?
Longing for more sweetness?
Time, space, & tools to touch in with the peace & calm that you know exists at the core of you, but feels buried by all of the doing.
That’s exactly how I felt when I first became a Mum.
I mourned the loss of connection to Self that I’d always nurtured through my practices.
Slowly but surely windows opened up, & I could sneak away to a Yoga class, or think about reviving my business from this new head-space of motherhood.
But it wasn’t until I got my mornings back, that I started to feel like me.
Not the same me from before, but a new, improved version.
One who now valued these quiet moments of solitude and introspection like never before. One who understood, from very direct experience, that if I was to enjoy my baby, my family, my new life, then I had to find a way to make a daily date with my Soul.
Enter the early mornings…
Join me in a month-long commitment to getting up early, and starting your day with a series of conscious actions that make you feel good, clear, connected, and grateful for the gift of this human life. You’ll be part of a loving online community taking responsibility for the frame of mind with which we meet each new day.
This course will support you to rise early, and meet your day from an optimal frame of mind.
You'll be guided to craft a 'morning ritual' - a simple series of conscious actions that make you feel good, clear, connected, and grateful, in as little as 15mins/day.
Oh, & by the way, optimal does not mean "chipper" in a fake, contrived kind of way. It means centred & accepting & ready to meet the entirety of what life brings your way, whether joyful or super challenging.
