Coaching is simply an elevated conversation, where the wisest part of me calls the wildest part of you - the one that already knows but perhaps forgot.
You talk, I listen (tears, swearing, laughter, & snot always very welcome), and together we find ways out of your stuckness or overwhelm. The emphasis is always on little steps, hearing your body, feeling what needs feeling, and using your current challenges as doorways to peace and healing.
The unfolding of a human life is perfectly unique, and so no two coaching sessions are ever exactly the same. I pull together an intuitive combo of tools from:
my Wayfinder Life Coach Training with the inimitable Martha Beck.
20 years of working intimately with people as a Yoga Teacher & Trainer
Yogic philosophy & the timeless Eastern teachings on the nature of mind, heart, & soul.
Modern Buddhist teachings on Radical Compassion and Unconditional Friendliness (thank you Tara Brach & Pema Chodron).
Mama wisdom & good old common sense.
A hearty dose of the magic that happens when two people come together in the pursuit of truth and healing.
How do we start?
You can book in for a single session, or commit to a package of 3 or more.
I recommend we speak weekly or fortnightly to begin with, and then we might stretch the time between sessions as you begin integrating all that you discover.
There are no hard & fast rules. We design the program to suit you.
You'll be directed to my calendar once you choose your program below.

We pray for the fragile ecology of the heart and the mind. The sense of meaning.
So finely assembled and balanced and so easily overturned.
The careful, ongoing construction of love. As painful and exhausting as the struggle for truth and as easily abandoned.
Hard fought and won are the shifting sands of this sacred ground, this ecology.
Easy to desecrate and difficult to defend, this vulnerable joy, this exposed faith, this precious order. This sanity.
We shall be careful. With others and with ourselves.
