Byron Bay Hinterland Yoga Retreat with Lucy & guests

An intimate, small group retreat designed especially for women to slow things down, listen deeply, rest, & realign with purpose & joy.

Retreat Includes:

~ 3 nights twin-share accommodation at Graciosa Luxury Farmhouse
~ All meals (excluding Sunday lunch) – organic, Ayurvedic, seasonally-sensitive vegetarian food cooked with tons of love & care
~ All day teas, fruit & snacks
~ Twice-daily Yoga (both energising & restorative) with Lucy
~ Meditation, pranayama, & guided relaxation
~ Beach trip/sunset walk (weather permitting).
~ Daily workshops for clarity, connection, & healing.
~ A 30min coaching session pre-retreat to find out your individual needs.

Optional Extras:

~ Massage (& beauty) treatments can be organised in-house with one of Lucy’s longtime favourite female bodyworkers (highly recommended).
~ 1hr 1-1 Coaching Session with Lucy

About the Yoga:

Lucy will guide 2 sessions daily – mornings a smooth, fluid, Vinyasa or Slow Flow to warm, open, energise, and relax. Afternoons are more Restorative/meditative, with long holds of supported postures (using props) to access the deeply healing para-sympathetic nervous system, & our natural great peace.

All Lucy’s classes are infused with heart-centred yoga philosophy, guided inquiry, mindfulness of breathing & stillness, and a loving invitation to welcome all that is.

Food:

Fully-catered, home cooked, local/organic (where possible), seasonally-sensitive vegetarian food served to you thrice daily (yes that’s right, no cooking or washing up for 3 whole days!). All meals, teas included except Sunday lunch which gives you the chance to go out if you feel like it.
