9 women in a gorgeous house in one of the most beautiful places on the planet for 4 days & 3 nights of Yoga & deep nourishment on every possible level.

A heartfelt invitation & environment of total support to slow things down, clarify purpose, remember what’s important and let go of what’s not.

At the heart of every activity this weekend, whether walking up the zillion steps to the lighthouse, lying over a bolster, sleeping, journaling, resting, eating, meditating, laughing, or staring at the trees, is the intention to provide you with as much space and as many options as possible so that you get exactly what you really need.

Enough movement/activity (Yoga & walking) so that you can then really, truly rest.

Enough free time & quiet to counter the busyness & responsibility of your everyday life.

Enough guidance & support to get under some layers to hear for the deeper voice of your heart (the one that knows but thinks it doesn’t sometimes).

Enough group stuff & shared time so that you really truly know that you are not alone on your journey.

Enough space & alone time to hear & feel whatever you’ve been too rushed or crowded to hear & feel.

Retreat Includes:

~ 3 nights twin-share accommodation at Ayindi beach house (all rooms have heating)
~ All meals (excluding Saturday lunch) – organic, Ayurvedic, seasonally-sensitive vegetarian food cooked with tons of love & care
~ All day teas, fruit & snacks
~ Twice-daily Yoga (both energising & restorative) with Lucy at the house or on the beach for sunrise
~ Meditation & guided relaxation

About the Yoga:

Lucy will guide 2 sessions daily – mornings a smooth, fluid, Slow Flow to warm, open, energise, and relax. Afternoons are all about Restoration, with long holds of supported postures (using props) to access the deeply healing para-sympathetic nervous system, & our natural great peace.

All Lucy’s classes are infused with heart-centred yoga philosophy, guided inquiry, mindfulness of breathing & stillness, and a loving invitation to welcome all that is.

About Ayindi and the surrounding area:

Byron Shire is a place dear to my heart – the beauty of both the hinterland & coast invite reflection, inspiration, and healing.

Ayindi is a beautiful, new, 4 bedroom architecturally designed beach house located right above Clarkes Beach and The Pass, Byron’s world renowned surfing and swimming beach. It has 270 degree east, north and west views over Byron Bay, the northern coastline, the western hinterland and Arakwal National Park right around to Cape Byron Lighthouse (the start of the lighthouse walk is literally at the back door).

Accommodation includes 2 large open plan living rooms, fireplace & central heating  throughout, designer kitchen, 4 twin-share bedrooms (2 with ensuites), family bathroom, covered outdoor eating & chill-out area, & plunge pool with covered deck.  Ayindi was conceived to maximise views, space and light to create a beautiful, luxury beachside retreat.

Food as Medicine:

Fully-catered, home cooked, organic, Ayurvedic, seasonally-sensitive vegetarian food to warm, ground & nourish (allergies & sensitivities can be catered for ~ please let us know any special needs when you register).

6:30pm – Dinner
Chill out and get landed; have a sound (and for all the mamas uninterrupted!) sleep

Early morning Tea & coffee… help yourself

7-9am ~ Slow Flow Yoga at the house
9:15am – Breakfast
Free Time – Get a massage, get your nails done, read a book, walk the lighthouse…
Lunch is not included this day… you have the time & space to get your own from any number of lovely nearby cafes…
