Sweet Vinyasa ~ a smooth, fluid morning class, energising, strengthening & opening body, mind & heart at the start of the day. Dynamic phases are always balanced with longer supported holds, seated postures, meditation, and/or restorative variations. The emphasis throughout will be on moving inward… welcoming all that is… coming Home.

Mixed Level Class ~ lots of variations & modifications always offered so that everyone gets what they need.

PreNatal Yoga ~ a gentle, meditative class that is both opening/releasing & strengthening/stabilising, with plenty of pauses to feel, hear, & simply rest with yourself, welcoming all that is. Much care & attention is given so that every woman practices safely for her stage of pregnancy & whatever symptoms she may be experiencing on the day.

As well as the long list of physical benefits, something very special happens to the heart & mind when pregnant women come together in a safe, loving and supportive space. It’s truly magic! Some of my best ‘mama friends’ are from the Prenatal Yoga class I joined during my own pregnancy. These women became my village, and still are.

Prenatal Yoga is best suited to women in the Second Trimester onwards. Women who have attended Prenatal Yoga are welcome to return in the Post-Natal period (at least 6-8 weeks after birth is recommended).

Slow Flow w/ Deep Relaxation ~ this class is designed to wrap up your week, releasing tightness and accumulated tension. For lovers of both movement and stillness, it will get the juices flowing in a nourishing way, leaving you both calm & energised. Every class will include a lengthy relaxation – whether a supported restorative posture, Yoga Nidra, meditation, or extended savasana.

Where is the Woodlands Studio?

It’s a gorgeous private studio on my home property ‘Woodlands’, Old Bangalow Rd, Byron Bay (please call or text 0411 633595 for booking & more detailed address & parking info).

Please bring own mat (I have a few extra if you forget or don’t have, but is always preferable to have your own). All other props are provided.
